Charles Seymour Jr is the founder of FathersAndTheDaughtersTheyLove.com and focuses his personal and business attention to helping families. He also is the founder and CEO of ILearnedItAllFromMyKids.com and RaisingGreatFamilies.com He is working with his younger daughter on HER website from where she'll release her own music CD: LizSeymour.com.

Charlie leads a charmed life and follows his passion for families, marketing, and for the arts in everything he does. A fourth generation theater producer and director in the Philadelphia (PA - USA) area who has worked tirelessly at the professional, community, university, summer, youth, and high school levels, his artistic abilities and genuine interest in promoting the well-being of live theater are complemented by his business strengths, particularly his expertise in business/arts marketing. He wants to sell every empty seat everywhere.

As featured in his new book, Dream Inc which tells the million dollar secrets of 32 successful Philadelphia-area entrepreneurs, Charlie is a marketer with a heart for families, children, the arts, education, and how they all tie together… and an eye for how to tell their story to captivate other people.

Charlie likes to thinking BIG. He is an entrepreneur with a variety of interests and abilities as demonstrated by the work he has done over the years. He sharpened his skills as a business marketer and entrepreneur after earning his MBA from The Wharton School (University of PA) in 1975. He sold $247,368,657.97 as a salesman and marketed more than $1 billion as the Vice President of Marketing for Jackson-Cross Company. His follow-up position as Senior Vice President of International Marketing at the architectural and engineering firm, The Hillier Group, further added to his business strengths. He still owns his own fine art personal photography business and shares his expertise with local theaters and arts organizations. (He uses his artistic gifts of photography and videography in his websites.

Artistically and creatively his life has also been rich. After he wrote and produced the world premiere of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" (with NY composer Neil Radisch) as a major musical, helped lead McCarter Theatre in Princeton and The Loretto-Hilton Repertory Theatre in St. Louis, was the Producing Director and a Board Member for The Players Club of Swarthmore Theater, directed major musicals like "Sweeney Todd," "Evita," "West Side Story," "Follies," "A Chorus Line," "Rags," "Blood Brothers," "Cabaret," "The Most Happy Fella," "Godspell," "Annie," "The Music Man", and "The Mystery of Edwin Drood," traveled to Ocala, FL, Memphis, TN, and Kalamazoo, MI to direct theater, he was also the Artistic Director for Mask and Wig (the all-male troupe of the University of Pennsylvania) for three years.

His marketing consulting drives both his artistic and business sides, and he is a frequent speaker and author about The Art of Business and the Business of the Arts, including his writing for NSA Magazine (the National Speakers Association) and for Spotlight (the American Association of Community Theatre). He writes weekly for his own blogs on each of his sites.

He lives outside of Philadelphia (PA - USA) in Wallingford, PA with his wife, Pam.
